Tonal unveiled their next generation machine. The Tonal 2 can now go up to 250 lbs, features a built in smart view, has new drop set capability, and more. I already loved the original Tonal, so I’m very excited to try this one out.
David Protein launches new protein bar flavors including Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk and Salted Peanut Butter. In terms of taste, these bars top my list and I highly recommend trying them out.
National Quitter’s Day is becoming a marketing opportunity for brands, including Apple and Ladder. Ladder took the crown in my book in their skit with comedian, Stavros Halkias.

Equinox’s New Year’s campaign gets some backlash online, as the campaign basically says you can’t join on New Year’s Day because commitment doesn’t wait. Personally, I have no problem with this. It went viral and their target market likes this exclusive feeling.
